No.. 801811644, Tax Office of Kallithea, as legally represented (hereinafter the "Company"), processes personal data lawfully, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable national and European legislation on personal data, based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter the "Regulation") and in accordance with the specific terms and conditions set out below:

1. Personal data processed

The Company collects and processes Personal Data, i.e. information, automated or otherwise, relating to a natural person, from which he or she is or can be identified, directly or indirectly (e.g. information such as name, home address, e-mail address or telephone number).

In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the Regulation. 

8. Intellectual property rights 

Apart from the expressly specified exceptions ("intellectual property rights of third parties, partners and institutions"), all the content of our website, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, the services provided and generally all the files of this website constitute intellectual property, registered trademarks and service marks of the company and are protected according to the relevant provisions of Greek law, the European regulation and international conventions.
